About the product:
Unfortunately the battery failed to maintain its charge, I decided to dispose of the Palm rather than investigate further. In all fairness for all I know the Palm itself could have been the cause of the problem!
I couldn't use the product because it's impossible to open the Palm Vx without damaging it severely. I found out too late! Eventually I bought a new Palm.
